A2Z Assistenza was born from the day-to-day reality of those who live the Italian bureaucracy in Mestre: the language barrier, the long queues, the forms in legalese, the deadlines that keep changing.
Mizan Rahman, founder of A2Z Assistenza, knows first-hand what it means to start a new life in Italy. That experience inspired the idea of an office that speaks the languages of the people walking in — Italian, English and Bengali — and handles the case from start to finish.
Today we are a reference point for the Bangladeshi, Romanian and North-African communities of Mestre and Venice, as well as for Italian citizens looking for a fast, clear, walk-in service.
